ECO CLUB

The ECO Club of Valluvar College of Science and management established with motto, it is a forum empowering the students of VCSM to participate and take up meaningful environmental activities to save the mother earth. The club focusing on increasing the Green Cover of College Surroundings.

It's a platform where students can talk to their families and neighbors about being environmentally responsible. It will give students the freedom to learn about and take initiative in environmental issues outside the classroom. The eco club aims to promote, monitor and operate the environmental activities of the college and neighborhood communities for the sound environmental behavior.

OBJECTIVES

• Make the students to learn about organic farming
• Promoting the responsibility of conservation of water
• Preparation of organic manure for soil irrigation
• Regular interaction with farmers to understand their real time issues
